Today I have a mixed media layout about my friend, Sue, and how we often go on adventures together. This page uses pieces from the June 2017 Club Q kit and papers from Anchors Aweigh.
- The background was created with Anchors Aweigh 104, whipped spackle and a word stencil.
- The pretty die cut circle, white ribbon and journal tag are from the June 2017 Club Q kit.
- The flowers were die cut from Adventures Await 102, Spring Showers 103 and Anchors Aweigh 106, and then edged with Sky Blue PowderPuff Chalking Ink. The blue gems were also from the Club Q kit.
- The chipboard quotes are from the Earth Wind Fire collection.
- To finish off the page silver thread and cheesecloth were added.
I love how well all of the different Quick Quotes paper collections work together and allow me to use leftover pieces from my Club Q kits to create new layouts.
